This is a typical urban renewal initiative where an old mine explosive shed that was due to be destroyed was saved to revive the inner city.
I am not entirely happy with the roof window colour cast but the rays are great, I am getting grip with my new HDR post-process, this does not (nor was it meant to) look too HDR like, yet I could not have the results without it.

Middle Bracket Settings: 0.6 sec, f/9.0, ISO100
Focal Length: 10mm
35mm focal length: 15mm
Brackets: 3 expanded to 7
Software: Photoshop Ligthroom 5.6, Photomatix Pro, Photoshop CC, Topaz Clarity.
